Yes, our keyboards are Hot Swappable for ANY mechanical switches (3pin and 5pin)
Yes. All of our keyboards come with a braided usb cable. If you want to further enhance your setup, our coiled keyboard cables are VERY popular, and an easy way to bring your setup to the next level!

Yes. Our keyboards can be used on Xbox, Playstation, and MAC computers.
Keycap Questions
No. Purchasing a keycap set only gives you keycaps. You can put these onto a keyboard you already have, or buy our keyboard as well, to use them on.
All of our keycap sets give you 104 keycaps. It does not matter if you have a 60% keyboard, or a full size keyboard, our keycap sets will work for you :)
Yes. All of our keycap sets are Doubleshot PBT, backlit keycaps, so your RGB can shine through the letters, symbols and numbers.
Our keycaps fit MOST keyboards on the market. If your keycap is standard layout, and uses cherry or cherry equivalent switches such as Kailh, Outemu, Gateron, our keycaps will work on your keyboard.
For example Kraken Keycaps work with: Kraken Pro 60, Apex Pro Mini, Razer Hunstman Mini, Corsair K65, Ducky One 3 mini, Anne Pro 2, Apex PRO, HyperX Alloy FPS, Matrix Elite, and many other popular gaming keyboards.
Our keycaps DO NOT work with Romer G Swtiches,found in the Logitech G PRO keyboard.
Shipping
The only countries we do not ship to are North Korea, South Korea, and Russia.
Shipping cost is different for each country. To find out how much your shipping costs is, add the items to your cart, and go to checkout. Once you enter in your shipping info, it will tell you the shipping cost.
Once you place your order, we ship your items within 48 hours. Domestic orders (In the United States) take an average 1-3 days to arrive. International orders take an average 7 days to arrive.
Major Holidays, such as Christmas, etc please expect 3-5 days to process the order and another 4-6 business days for shipping time.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties / import fees of the order.
We only mark orders as shipped, once they have been packaged, and left our facility. Sometimes, the postal carriers do not scan packages during transit, so your tracking may display "Confirmed" or "Accepted". Please be patient, and wait for the shipping company to update tracking.
